Returns

If an item is not right, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached. Underwear and opened candles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged.

How to start

Email hello@caneaura.example with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send a return label or an address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was wrong or damaged.

Refunds are issued after we inspect the return, usually within 5 business days. This is a store template and can be replaced with a full policy.
